So I think that it is so cute that my Granparents that are married are 1 day and 1 year apart. I had to make them some super yummy.. and reduced sugar cupcakes.

So my little cousin mary inspired me to make these ones. Everytime I have seen her lately she has been wearing this Pop Rocks tee. So I had to make so for her...

I am such a slacker!

I know I know I have been slacking on my updating.. but its only because I have been baking so dang much lately! Not that I don't mind it.. It is so relaxing to me :) I came up with my very own new flavor! I call it "Hawaiian Style" Its a Mango/Orange cupcake with Lemon Buttercream frosting

Giant Cupcake!

This cake was made with my Wilton giant cupcake pan. I love this cake pan. Its so fun to use. I made just a simple yellow cake with buttercream frosting. Such a fun cake :)
